Pre-bookings will only be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the next available departure times. If, by any chance, you would like to have this experience in the next 24 hours please contact us over the phone. 4Adventures may, at any time and without prior notice, change or cancel departures depending on weather conditions and, for certain routes, minimum boat occupancy. In the event of a change or cancellation for the reasons indicated above and not attributable to the customer, 4Adventures will try to offer an equivalent alternative or, if the customer does not accept, refund the entire amount already paid. Online returns may take between 4 and 6 working days. No-shows or cancellations from the client within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If a given customer wants to change the scheduled tour, we recommend to contact our team. We do not guarantee availability.
